All Sales Final

All merchandise sales are final. We are a small, volunteer-run organization and we do not offer refunds or returns on merch. Please double-check your size and order details before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you. If the same item or size is out of stock, we will arrange an exchange of equal value.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed before tax. New Mexico gross receipts tax is added at checkout on orders picked up at the studio or shipped to a New Mexico address. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Free Local Pickup

Select free pickup at checkout and collect your order at Relay: 2873 All Trades Rd, Studio B, Santa Fe, NM 87507. We will follow up when your order is ready with pickup details. Pickup is available during events and by arrangement.

Shipping

Orders ship from Santa Fe via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipping is a flat rate based on order weight and is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Please confirm your shipping address is correct before you place your order - packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
